HOW TO IMPORT A PRICEBOOK, STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Save file from the CD from your vendor onto your computer. Default location is Your Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Program Files>Touch Quotes>Doors
  2. Open the Touch Quotes program
  3. Go to the FILE menu and scroll down to "Import Pricebook"
  4. Navigate to where you just saved the file from CD. Default location is Your Computer>Local Disk (C:)>Program Files>Touch Quotes>Doors, and click OPEN
  5. Messages about non-categories will pop up in sequence, click "ok" on each one until they all cycle through.
  6. That's it! The pricebook is now embedded/updated and ready to use. All prices/products will reflect the new catalog, and the vendor can be accessed in the pop up form filler menus.
